Competence center usability

Good usability and a positive user experience are crucial quality aspects of software for developers as well as for users - especially in and for medium-sized companies. To ensure this, manufacturers need to integrate appropriate measures into the development methodology at an early stage, which is appropriate for the respective underlying software engineering. In practice, however, the trend can be observed that classic, cascading methodologies are increasingly being replaced by agile approaches, such as Scrum or Kanban.
